In Person/Hybrid
Starting January 2026 — Limited to 9 Athlete Spots
Beginning January 2026, BC4 Performance will open 9 exclusive spots for our In-Gym / Hybrid Strength & Conditioning Program. Each athlete begins with a comprehensive evaluation session, where we assess physical performance, discuss goals, and establish a clear plan for development. From there, your athlete will receive a custom strength and conditioning program tailored specifically to their needs, sport, and schedule.
Athletes train 3 days per week for one hour with Coach Bobby in our Methuen facility, executing individualized workouts in a small-group setting (maximum 3 athletes per hour). Additional at-home or off-site training sessions can be added — and we’ll program for those as well to ensure consistent progress.
Every program also includes optional nutritional consultation and mental performance coaching, available at no extra cost for parents who wish to include them.
